End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading or using InkMirror (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases. These are processed by Apple and subject to their terms and conditions.

5. Generated Content

The App uses AI technology (Gemini AI) to generate tattoo previews. These previews are for visualization only and do not represent medical or professional advice.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate this EULA.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence.
